  • • Join Vet Orgs: RAPA, FAST, LPA, OBAP, WAI (unlock conference access).
Phase 2 T-18 to T-12 Mo

Credentials & Admin

  • • ATP-CTP Course: Schedule course using GI Bill / Coolidge / Out-of-pocket funding.
  • • ATM Written: Study and complete the FAA ATM written exam.
  • • First Class Medical: Get an FAA 1st Class Medical (identify any Special Issuance lead times early).
  • • SkillBridge / CSP: Submit commander requests for DoD SkillBridge approval.
Phase 3 T-12 to T-6 Mo

Applications & Networking

  • • Application Prep: Build master profiles on AirlineApps & PilotCredentials.
  • • Job Fairs: Attend major conventions (RACP, OBAP, WAI) with reviewed resumes.
  • • Records Collection: Pull PRDA, Flying Eval Board records, college transcripts, and NDR.
Phase 4 T-6 to T-0 (Departure)

Interviews & CJO

  • • Interview Prep: Schedule professional HR & Technical interview prep.
  • • Interviews & CJO: Complete airline interviews and lock in class dates.
  • • Out-Processing: Separation physical, terminal leave, and airline indoctrination start.
